First happened in June 2023 at Hangö teaterträff-festival (Hanko), second in September 2023 at Anti-Festival (Kuopio) and the third is to come in November 2024 at Baltic Circle-festival (Helsinki).
The performaces are about thinking about the past, present and future in an area in the city that is about to change. In the Finnish urban planning systems area that are about to change on an zoning level have a special status in the city city´s governing in lingo. They are "pending" (vireillä). The participatory performances facilitate an experience of the area that is changing and look at it from a historical, sensory and urban planning point of view. The performances have a special interest in the representation of the city´s structure in zoning maps.
The methods and area of interests of these perfomaces were also used in conjuction with urban planning processes in a applied arts project "Art and urban planning" in 2024. That project was about participatory workshops in urban planning. The workshops happened in the city of Kemi and Rovaniemi, Lapland.
